Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this application and its related websites, software, and services (the "Service"). "Operator" means the person or organization that runs the deployment you are using.

By creating an account, checking the acceptance box, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and authority

You must be legally able to enter into these Terms in your location. If you use the Service for a company or another organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it. The Service is not directed to children under 13, and the Operator may set a higher minimum age where required.

2. Accounts and authentication

Provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and must promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Third-party sign-in providers may be offered for convenience, but their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

The Operator may require email verification, re-authentication, or other reasonable security steps. Do not create accounts through automation unless the Service expressly permits it.

3. Acceptable use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• access another person's account or data without permission;
• probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with security or rate limits;
• upload malware or use the Service for fraud, abuse, harassment, or illegal activity;
• scrape, overload, or automate requests in a way that harms the Service or others;
• infringe intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; or
• misrepresent your identity, affiliation, purchases, or authority.

Security research requires the Operator's prior written authorization.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant the Operator a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights needed to submit it.

You may remove content using available product controls. Backup, fraud-prevention, legal-hold, and security copies may remain for a limited period as described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Orders, payments, and refunds

If the Service offers paid products, prices and order totals shown by the server control over conflicting client-side displays. Payments may be processed by a third-party payment provider such as Stripe. The Operator does not receive or store full card numbers when hosted checkout is used.

Taxes, shipping, subscriptions, returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the terms shown at checkout and any product-specific policy provided by the Operator. Unless the Service clearly states otherwise, placing an order is an offer to purchase and may be rejected or cancelled for inventory, pricing, fraud, legal, or technical reasons.

A demo or preview checkout is a simulation only: no purchase is formed, no money moves, and no goods or services are owed.

6. Third-party services and links

The Service may rely on hosting, email, payment, analytics, authentication, storage, or other providers. Those providers may process data under their own terms. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement or control.

7. Service changes and availability

The Operator may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Maintenance, security incidents, provider outages, and other events can interrupt access. Demo deployments may be temporary, may have strict resource limits, and may be deleted automatically.

The Operator may provide beta or experimental features "as is" and may change or withdraw them at any time.

8. Intellectual property

Except for your content and third-party materials, the Service and its software, design, and branding are owned by the Operator or its licensors. Open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses. These Terms do not grant rights to use the Operator's names, logos, or trademarks.

9. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. The Operator may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these Terms, comply with law, prevent fraud or abuse, or address security risks. Where appropriate, the Operator will provide notice and an opportunity to export data.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, limitations, and dispute terms—continue to apply.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." The Operator disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. The Operator does not warrant uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or that user content will never be lost.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the Operator's aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid the Operator for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

The Operator may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version. Material changes will be announced through the Service or another reasonable channel, and renewed assent may be requested. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

13. General terms

If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without the Operator's consent; the Operator may assign them as part of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or asset transfer.

Applicable law and dispute venue are determined by the Operator's location and any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. The production operator should replace this paragraph with jurisdiction-specific terms reviewed for its business.
